Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. The person reserving is required to sign the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

  • This home is located in a gated community that is paved then becomes gravel. Steady incline to 4700 elevation.
  • One step for entry.

Policies and Rules

  • Maximum occupancy: 12 guests.
  • This home is pet friendly. Pet rent is $25+tax per night, per pet. Mature, well-trained dogs only. Maximum of 2 dogs.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet rent is $25+tax per night, per pet (maximum 2 dogs).
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Gravel driveway with parking for up to 5 vehicles.
  • Free parking available.
  • AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended year round, and REQUIRED in winter months. Chains may be necessary in times of snow or ice.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well stocked kitchen with all utensils needed to cook meals. Kitchen basics and cooking basics provided.
  • High-speed internet provided.
  • Clothes washing machine and dryer provided.
  • Bed linens and towels provided.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector present.
  • There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
